	CEI recently conducted facilitating the procurement and documentations of sale for a scout vessel between an African maritime company and U.S shipyard company. Final sale price was $1.600,000. The vessel is a security vessel with gun mounts added (To front and sides of picture below) and will be used to secure crude oil vessel maneuvering down a west African river to the refinery at port.
